SUMMARY:Fleet Manager Compliance Awareness Training
DESCRIPTION:The course is aimed at managers and supervisors involved with transport operations in the private and public sector. The course will provide an overview of the road haulage operator licensing system and highlight employers’ and drivers’ responsibilities. It also details the many other areas of legislation that directly affect the operator licence obligations\, such as drivers’ hour’s rules and the safety of loads on vehicles. \n    \n\n\n\n        \n        Course objectives/aims\nThe general aim of the course is to develop a knowledge of road transport law. More specifically\, it is to cover the legal framework surrounding the operator licensing system and demonstrate the importance of road safety legislation.
