Post Brexit Trade Requirements – Guidance for Haulage Operators

Introduction

This course is designed for people working in the logistics and transport sectors who wish to update their custom knowledge in light of the changes Brexit has had on Irish haulage operations. The course will bring participants through the most important    issues and tangible effects of Brexit on their transport operation. The course will showcase the important role played by transport operators in the logistics and supply chain sector and demonstrate the importance of continuing to adapt to the new trading environment in order to remain competitive.

• Risk Management, Profiling and Mitigation.
• Incoterms.
• AEO.
• Trade of live animals and products.
• Ro-Ro procedures.
• Transiting the UK landbridge – creating a GMR.
• Transiting the UK landbridge – EU systems.

Course evaluation

All participants will be expected to demonstrate their
understanding by continuous assessment during the course.

3.5 hour online course.

Delivery

Training conducted online.

Certification

On completion of this course a certificate of attendance will be
issued to all participants.

Participants will also have access to FTA Ireland knowledge and
expertise post course to ensure maximum results are achieved.
