Drivalia

Drivalia Lease Ireland Limited was initially established in 1999 under the name Merrion Fleet Management Limited. The business established itself as the largest privately owned leasing company in Ireland. In 2017, the business was bought by ALD Automotive, a wholly owned subsidiary of Société Générale, France’s second-largest bank and the third largest in Europe.

In 2023, following the acquisition of Leaseplan by ALD Automotive, the Irish division of the business was purchased by CA Autobank and ultimate parent Crédit Agricole (No.1 retail bank in Europe, based on no. of retail banking customers and 10th largest bank in the world) and renamed Drivalia.

Drivalia has held a presence in Ireland for over 25 years. They manage over 11,500 vehicles on Irish roads, ranging from passenger cars to light commercial vehicles, for over 1,000 Irish customers. Drivalia specialise in Contract Hire, Short Term Hire, Fleet Consultancy & Fleet Management.
