Retrofit Energy Ireland Ltd (REIL) supports businesses and fleet operators in improving transport energy efficiency and reducing fuel consumption and associated emissions. Through the ECOfleet programme, REIL administers commercial funding for fuel efficiency improvements under Ireland’s Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme (EEOS). The programme supports organisations in monitoring fleet performance, identifying opportunities for energy savings and independently measuring and verifying the effectiveness of improvements.
